This hotel had very clean rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is around 20 mins walk to town center and there is lots to do in town. Town was very noisy esp at night- but the hotel windows blocked out the noise completely. Help yourself breakfast- was never left hungry. We added in the dinner for £5 and it was available from late afternoon until well into the evening. The hotel is next door to a grocery shop which was very handy.
There were only two problems- the fridge was not very cold- but the shop next door made up for it, and there is another hotel of the same name, but closer to town which caused confusion to a taxi driver- so make sure to carry the address with you if you are planning to taxi or ask directions to it if you get lost.

It was good that you could eat in the hotel as there was nowhere to eat nearby.
It was very hard to communicate with most of the staff as there english skills were non existant. Usually at a hotel they have a basic knowledge but here we did struggle.

Co-operative and friendly staff
Provided 4 single beds and no baby cot. However we squeezed 2 beds together each. They were wide enough so we don't have need for baby cot.

The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only stayed one night after a weekend trip to Kusadasi and left early in the morning to get to the airport, so we didn't explore much.
Weird neighborhood. Was accosted by a homeless man immediately when I got out of the taxi and didn't want to go back out after that.

The rooms are quite big and clean. The breakfast is very reach.
The hotel is 10 minutes from the center by taxi, facing on a very busy street, in a quarter full of nights and not so safe. The staff could hardly speak english; it had been hard even to have a taxi booked to go to the airport!
